    Elementary class

    Elementary Curriculum Fee $475/year, $237.50 due Aug. 15, Jan 15. (excludes overnight trip/transportation fees)

    Elementary PM Care (3:15-5:00pm) – 5 day/week: $300/month

    • All Primary and Elementary classes meet five days per week.
    • Clients may elect to pay yearly or in 9-1/2 monthly installments.  Tuition is based on class time only.  No allowance is made for illness, vacation, holidays or inclement weather conditions.
    • September 2026 tuition deposit is due on March 15, 2026 and is non-refundable.
    • June 2027 tuition is due August 15, 2026 and is non-refundable.
    • Family discount: A $500.00 discount per year for the youngest child. A discount for families with two or more children at West Hills Montessori School.
    • A $45 late fee will be assessed to any tuition payments received after the 20th of the month.
    • Late Charges: Children who are picked up later than 10 minutes after class dismissal will be charged a late fee. Our PM Care program closes promptly at 5:00pm for our Elementary and Primary Programs and closes promptly at 4:00pm for our Toddler Program. The late charge is $20 per 10 minutes or any portion thereof per child.
    • Withdrawal: We require three weeks notice if your child is withdrawn from school.  There is a three week tuition charge when notice is not given.
    • If a Comprehensive Distance Learning program is offered during the school year, that rate will be published at that time.
    • In accordance with the State of Oregon Office of Child Care, children must be 3 years of age to be enrolled in our Montessori Primary Program. If your child turns 3 after September, you may elect to pay 1/2 months tuition for every month until your child’s 3rd birthday to secure a space in our Primary Program. Partial (1/2) tuition is calculated based upon your elected schedule: 4 hour class (9am – 1:00pm); 6 hour class (9am – 3pm). Note: PM Care rates, if applicable, will not be billed until the child is onsite and using those services. 

    Payment Schedule

    • For new 2026-2027 students: September 2026 tuition and extended care services deposit is due (non-refundable) upon acceptance
    • June 2027 tuition and 1st Activity Fee Installment are due August 15, 2026 (non-refundable)
    • October 2026 tuition is due September 15, 2026
    • November 2026 tuition is due October 15, 2026
    • December 2026 tuition is due November 15, 2026
    • January 2027 tuition is due December 15, 2026
    • February 2027 tuition and 2nd Activity Fee Installment is due January 15, 2027
    • March 2027 tuition is due February 15, 2027
    • March 15, 2027: September 2027 tuition and extended care services deposit is due (non-refundable) for students returning for the 2027-2028 school year
    • April 2027 tuition is due April 15, 2027
    • May 2027 tuition is due May 15, 2027
